Disclaimer
[Last Updated: August 2026]
TraXel is designed to provide wellness tracking, educational information, and tools that help users better understand their day-to-day experiences with multiple sclerosis (MS) and other chronic conditions.
Please read this Disclaimer carefully before using TraXel.
1. Not Medical Advice
TraXel is not a medical provider, and the information, scores, charts, summaries, recommendations, educational materials, and other content provided through TraXel are for informational and wellness purposes only.
TraXel does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medical decision-making and is not intended to replace consultation with a physician or other qualified healthcare professional.
Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified healthcare professional with questions regarding your health, symptoms, medications, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. Wellness Scores and Tracking Information
TraXel allows users to record information such as symptoms, mobility and movement, nutrition and hydration, sleep, social engagement, stress, medication adherence, and other wellness-related information.
Scores, charts, trends, and summaries generated from this information are intended to help users organize and better understand the information they have entered.
They are not clinical assessments, medical scores, diagnoses, or measures of disease severity or progression.
A higher or lower TraXel Wellness Score does not necessarily mean that a person's medical condition has improved or worsened.
3. Symptom Tracking
The TraXel Symptom Tracker allows users to record the severity and changes in symptoms over time.
Symptom ratings are based on information entered by the user and should not be interpreted as a clinical evaluation.
Changes in a symptom chart or pattern do not establish the cause of a symptom, indicate disease progression, or confirm a relapse or other medical event.
New, worsening, or concerning symptoms should be discussed with a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Disease-Modifying Therapies and Medications
TraXel may allow users to record their disease-modifying therapy (DMT), medication use, adherence, or related information.
This functionality is provided for tracking purposes only.
TraXel does not recommend starting, stopping, skipping, changing, or adjusting any medication or treatment. Never make changes to a prescribed medication, DMT, dosage, or treatment plan based on information provided by TraXel without consulting the healthcare professional responsible for your care.
5. Personalized Insights and AI-Generated Information
TraXel may provide personalized insights, summaries, patterns, or recommendations based on information entered by users and, in future versions, information obtained from connected devices or other authorized data sources.
Some of these features may use artificial intelligence or automated data-analysis technologies.
AI-generated or automated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, or may not reflect all factors relevant to an individual's health.
Such information is intended to help users better understand and organize their wellness information and must not be used as a substitute for professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment.
6. Reports and Information Shared With Healthcare Providers
TraXel may allow users to generate summaries or reports that can be shared with physicians or other healthcare professionals.
These reports are intended to organize user-tracked information and support conversations with healthcare professionals.
They are not medical records, clinical assessments, or diagnostic reports unless specifically stated otherwise.
Healthcare decisions should remain between the user and their qualified healthcare professionals.
7. Educational Content
Educational information provided through TraXel, including information about MS, symptoms, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, medications, and other wellness topics, is provided for general informational purposes.
Health information and medical knowledge can change over time, and information that is appropriate for one individual may not be appropriate for another.
Users should consult qualified healthcare professionals for guidance specific to their individual circumstances.
8. Emergency Situations
TraXel is not an emergency service and should not be used to obtain help during a medical emergency.
If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services or seek immediate medical attention.
Do not delay seeking professional medical care because of information displayed within TraXel.
9. Wearables and Third-Party Data
TraXel may in the future allow information to be imported from wearable devices, health applications, healthcare systems, or other third-party services.
TraXel cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or reliability of information generated by third-party devices or services.
Information obtained from these sources should therefore be considered together with other relevant information and professional medical guidance.
10. Individual Results May Vary
Every person's health, MS experience, symptoms, lifestyle, medications, and response to different activities are different.
Patterns or associations identified through TraXel do not necessarily establish that one factor caused another.
TraXel should be used as a tool for tracking and understanding personal wellness information, not as a basis for independent medical decisions.
11. Privacy
Your use of TraXel is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how information may be collected, used, stored, and shared.
