I've never been a member of Costco, but I've had the idea of becoming one for quite some time now.

Acupuncture has truly brought relief to my MS symptoms.

It's amazing how the simplest things like a warm bath can provide some relief during the colder months. Sometimes, it's the little comforts that make a big difference in managing MS symptoms.

Please take good care and make sure to stay warm and safe, especially during colder weather.

I can relate. Dealing with MS can be incredibly frustrating, and fatigue has a way of throwing a wrench into our plans when we least expect it. It's tough when you start the day with a clear agenda, only to have it derailed by fatigue. It can definitely lead to feelings of frustration and disappointment. Just know that you, my friend, are not alone in this, and there are many of us in the MS community who understand what you're going through.

I eat seafoods all the time but planning to switching to omega 3 supplements at a lower budget.
